Free coffee, snacks and lunch
Coffee and snacks are available throughout the day. We serve a free, homecooked lunch starting at 12:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday.
Food security supports
Food pantry and take-home meal options.
Family Programs
Including drop-in play groups for kids and caregivers, learning activities and workshops, take-home activity kits and literacy resources, kids clothing swap, and more.
Immigrant services
English tutoring and exam preparation, help accessing local services like school and medical systems, help with applications and documentation, peer and community activities.
Literacy support
One-on-one and group support for adults, including reading, writing, numeracy, skills-sharing, and digital literacy. We also provide training and support for literacy tutors.
Phone and computer access
Free access to phone, computer, internet and printing services.
Free hygiene supplies and clothes
Free clothes and hygiene supplies are available.
Free Haircuts
Weekly free haircuts by a licensed hairdresser, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Legal Aid
Available by appointment or drop-in, we assist individuals with Legal Aid BC applications, referrals, and related support services. We also provide referrals to Indigenous Justice Navigators to ensure culturally appropriate assistance. Additionally, court outreach is offered on a bi-weekly basis during First Appearance Court to support individuals navigating the legal system.

Nurse drop-in clinic
Every 2nd of the month from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, a RN is available on a drop-in basis to assist with public health care needs, such as: immunizations, quitting smoking, chronic health conditions, general health / healthy living, harm reduction, sexually transmitted infections, HIV & Hepatitis, emergency contraceptive pill, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and baby & child health.
