FAQ's

Beds are assigned daily on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration begins at 4:00 pm every day, at our location at 4746 Joyce Ave.

There is no time limit on how long you can stay at the shelter.

The shelter is designed to be temporary accommodation until more suitable, permanent housing is found, however, we recognize that there is a housing crisis in qathet Region and that there is not adequate housing to address homelessness in our community.

We continue to advocate and collaborate with community partners for additional housing resources in qathet.
