WorkBC
WorkBC is a provincial program that provider Employment Services to British Columbians.  WorkBC Centre Powell River provides free employment assistance and support for job seekers and employers in the Powell River area and surrounding communities. They are located downtown Powell River on 4511 Marine Drive.

Bladerunners
BladeRunners provides skills training and employment supports for at-risk youth (15 – 30 years old). This program includes a 3-week classroom component, a 2-week individualized work placement program, several industry certifications, and financial stipends and supports.
