List of Requirements
- Point of Sale systems (POS) experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding customer service, friendly and courteous
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of boating safety and marina operations is a plus
- Applicants are required to provide their own reliable transportation
List of Duties
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries, guiding them on docking procedures, and ensuring a positive experience
- Provide fuel to boats and watercraft, ensuring proper procedures are followed for safety and environmental compliance
- Perform the checkout process for customers; handle all transactions and duties related to purchases and returns
- Open and close a till for your shift using NCR Counterpoint POS
- Keep the dock area clean and free of debris, ensuring safety and accessibility for all users
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of fuel and other hazardous materials
- Support staff in the store with break coverage or other duties as required
- Perform morning and evening fuel dips and record them into a spreadsheet
- Other related duties as assigned by management
