For community members who care about homelessness, believe in the right of every individual to have safe and secure housing, and want to take action toward housing security for all in our community, we’ve created a Homelessness Action Toolkit.
We often get asked how folks can support our work in community, and we’ve put together some information and ideas for how to support the work that we, and other service providers, are doing to address the lack of affordable housing options in the qathet Region.
Our last Point in Time Homeless Count identified 126 people experiencing homeless and we know that number is an undercount. There were 72 unique guests at our emergency shelter between December 2023 and May 2024 alone!
Our community needs more affordable and low-barrier housing options for individuals, families, youth and seniors in the qathet Region. Let’s work together to advocate for more housing resources and options.

Thanks for your support!
