Stuart, a dynamic professional with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sector, excels in non-profit strategic management, leadership, and community development. He is recognized as a trusted expert in his field, focusing on fostering inclusive teams and organizations while empowering underserved communities to fulfill their potential.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Stuart is a passionate amateur musician, writer, and outdoor enthusiast. As a devoted father, he treasures shared moments outdoors and music around campfires, imparting a profound appreciation for life and nature to his children. Stuart generously contributes his expertise as a certified Search Manager, skilled facilitator, and dedicated volunteer board member for organizations such as the local Ground Search and Rescue Team and the JUMP Foundation, where he serves on both the global and JUMP Canada boards as Chair.

Stuart holds an MBA in Executive Management with a specialization in Leadership from Royal Roads University. Complemented by extensive training in risk management, strategic planning, governance, peacemaking circles, and professional facilitation, his diverse skill set equips him to tackle complex challenges and drive positive change.
